The next Annual Passholder night at Disneyland Paris will be on September 13, and will have more than 100 characters on hand. Tickets are 45 euros and open to Infinity and Magic+ AP holders and up to two guests. The event runs from 10pm to 3am. –

Phantom Manor is returning May 3rd to public, but if you are an Infinity annual passholder, you can experience the re-imagined attraction May 1st from 2 to 9pm, or if you are an Infinity or Magic+ passholder, May 2nd from 10am to 6pm. –

Infinity AP holders can get an even earlier look on April 30th from 10:45pm-2am. Phantom Manor and Big Thunder with ghostly encounters. Registration opens April 19. –

Disney released more details on the Lion King and Jungle Festival coming to the resort this summer. The festival will include characters and experiences inspired by The Lion King and The Jungle Book. This event is driven by the music from the movies and the real world locations in Africa. The shows include The Lion King: Rhythms of the Pride Lands stage show, The Jungle Book Jive musical show, and Timon’s MataDance. –

In a move that should have happened a long time ago, random drops are being added to the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror this Halloween. The current system is programmed for the same drop sequence each time. The new system will randomize how may drops, and how far down the drops go. This is the same system that was in place at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim’s version of the attraction. –

Some big changes are coming to Main Street shopping. The Emporium will be closing in 2020 for and extensive refurbishment. Along with this refurbishment, the Main Street barbershop will be moving into the arcade and being renamed the Liberty Barber Shop. –

In a bit of sad news, the Mark Twain Riverboat will go down for two years for refurbishment. This will be the most extensive refurbishment ever and will include stripping it down to the frame, rebuilding it from the ground up with more durable materials. –

Within the next year, all annual passes and disability access cards will be digital. The tickets and passes with be in the Disneyland Paris app and not require a paper or plastic physical ticket. –

Along with the tickets coming to the app, the entire Disneyland Paris app is coming and will include notifications of restaurant wait times, directions, and in the next 3 years, tickets, room keys, check ins, and reservations. –

The former Animation building will transform into a Frozen experience, where guests will be guided by Anna through two different themed rooms. –

During the InsideEARS event where almost all of our news originated this week, it was announced that the Studio Tram Tour at Disney Studios is moving it’s entrance to add Cars elements in 2020. –

Following the US parks, reusable shopping bags are coming to the resort starting April 23rd. They will be 1 Euro for small and 2 Euros for medium or large size bags. –

In addition to the new reusable bags, paper straws are also debuting at the resort on April 18th. –

The Autopia is under quite an extensive refurbishment that includes the entire track being repaved, and the queue, lighting, signs, and landscaping also getting refurbished or replaced. –
